Shipping & Delivery Policy

At MachMaster CNC Machining, we take shipping and delivery seriously as part of our commitment to reliable global service. This policy outlines how we handle the logistics and fulfillment of your custom manufacturing orders.

1. Shipping Methods

We ship globally using express couriers and freight forwarders.
Based on your destination and product weight, the most common methods include:

  • DHL, FedEx, UPS — Express door-to-door delivery

  • Air Freight / Sea Freight — For bulk orders or oversized shipments

  • FOB / EXW / DDP — According to Incoterms agreed in quotation

Unless otherwise specified, the shipping method will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Our typical lead time includes:

  • Production: 7–20 business days depending on part complexity, materials, and order volume

  • Shipping Time:

    • Asia: 2–4 working days

    • Europe / North America: 3–6 working days

    • Remote or bulk shipment areas: 7–12 days (varies)

⚠️ Note: Lead times may vary depending on machining queue, special finishing, or holidays.

3. Packaging Standards

To ensure product safety during transit, we apply:

  • Multi-layer protective packaging
    (EPE foam, bubble wrap, cardboard inner boxes, and outer cartons)

  • Special handling for visual or fragile parts
    (e.g., polished aluminum enclosures, plastic injection products)

Each shipment is labeled with part codes, PO numbers, and customer information for traceability.

4. Shipping Responsibility

  • EXW / FOB Terms: Risk transfers to the customer once goods are handed to the forwarder

  • DDP Terms: We take full delivery responsibility until the goods reach your site

We will provide tracking numbers and courier contact details immediately after shipment.

5. Delays & Exceptions

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance

  • Unforeseen weather, strikes, or logistic disruptions

  • Incorrect address or recipient unavailability

We will assist actively in rescheduling or rerouting if issues arise.

6. Receiving & Inspection

Please inspect goods upon arrival and notify us of any damage or loss within 3 working days.
Supporting photos and packing list are required to process any claims.
