CNC machining centre
We have 30 high precision 3-axis and 4-axis CNC machining centres, enabling us to achieve tight tolerances.

CNC Turning Machining Centre
It has 10 sets of high-precision vertical CNC lathes, horizontal CNC lathes and turning centres.
Equipped with automated loading and unloading equipment and robots, it realises the automation and intelligence of the production process and improves the production efficiency and product quality.
We also have auxiliary equipment such as CNC grinding machines, CNC drilling machines, CNC boring machines, etc., which are used to complete drilling, boring, grinding and other machining processes. The configuration of these equipments enables us to complete the whole production process from roughing to finishing.
Injection moulding machines
We have 10 sets of injection moulding machines from 540g to 1000g, equipped with automatic loading and unloading equipment and robots.
We have realised the automation and intelligence of the production process, which improves the production efficiency and product quality.
Anodising production line
Our advanced aluminium anodizing surface treatment production line has high-quality control over aluminium alloy products and supports a wide range of customized colours, with sandblasting grits from 80#-300# available.
We adopt advanced electrochemical technology and automated control system, which enables us to achieve high efficiency and high quality anodic oxidation processing.
